To see NPFA Codes and Standards

1. Go to http://www.nfpa.org/aboutthecodes/list_of_codes_and_standards.asp

2. Choose the standard you want to look at (for example, NFPA 1500) and click on the NFPA 1500 link.

3. The resulting page shows you the date of the Current edition (in this case 2002) and also tells you when the next revision is due to occur (in this case 2006). If you scroll to the bottom of the page, you can see Revision Cycle Information, as well as Additional Information about this document.

4. Under Additional Information about this document, there is a clickable link to Preview this document, or Display the table of contents of this document.

5.Click on Preview This Document, and you will get an agreement page with conditions having to do with copyright. If you agree to the terms, by clicking on I Agree, you will be taken to a page that gives you more information about the RealRead program that permits you to read the document.

6. In the middle of the page, you will find a clickable link to Open NFPA 1500; click on it and you will be good to go.
